Microworm live food culture

We guarantee live arrival. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will replace the live food culture. If this occurs, we require a clear picture of the culture in the original bag as proof of the loss. Due to many circumstances out of our control, no other guarantees are stated or implied. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser for any replacements.

We offer shipping via UPS and utilize their Simple Rate (flat rate) service when possible. Your fish will be delivered in a heavy duty cardboard box with insulation and a heat pack as appropriate for weather conditions.
