Cultivation Instructions:- Use a container with a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water (50:50 ratio).
- Add a small amount of the vinegar eel culture to the mixture.
- Place a filter or cotton ball at the top of the container to harvest eels without transferring vinegar.
Storage: Maintain at room temperature; culture can last for months with minimal care
Special Features: Extremely small and free-swimming, making them perfect for the tiniest fry that cannot eat larger live foods- Our live foods are provided as growing starter cultures. While you might find it sufficient to start feeding right away, it is intended to be split to start additional cultures. Typically they begin producing adequate amounts for feeding within 10-14 days.
- We guarantee live arrival. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will replace the live food culture. If this occurs, we require a clear picture of the culture in the original bag as proof of the loss. Due to many circumstances out of our control, no other guarantees are stated or implied. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser for any replacements.
- We offer shipping via UPS and utilize their Simple Rate (flat rate) service when possible. Your fish will be delivered in a heavy duty cardboard box with insulation and a heat pack as appropriate for weather conditions.
